This is just one of our tours that we had this summer.  It was taken at the Secrest Arboretum in Wooster.

One of our members admiring some of the beautiful flowers and plants that they have there.  Our guide for the day was
very informative about the gardens and the tornado that had passed through the gardens several years ago.
We dined at one of the Stone tables and benches that were set up through out the gardens.  It was a packed
lunch but, oh what a great place for a picnic lunch.

Fun at the the Moreland Garden Club guest night.  Carmen Elegan was a great teacher and entertaining at
showing us her floral designs.
She came from Germany where she obtained  a masters degree in Floral arranging.  She also teaches local.
She owns her own shop, Com-Pattibles Floral Elegance in Wooster.  We loved her style and arrangements.

We are having our guest night on April 30, 2013 at 7:00 pm.  It will be at the Creston United Methodist Church in Creston Ohio.

Our guest will be Denise Ellsworth from Ohio State University.  She will give a talk on bees or what attracts bees.
